Description:
Automatic prestretch slitter&rewinder is newly updated model for automatic high speed pre-stretch slitter&rewinder for high speed automatic shaft changing.
It is with two rewind station at four shaft for high speed of change paper core by simple operation with inverter controlled motor.
Machine can work as multi-purpose for pre-stretch slitting mode,and pre-stretch rewinding mode.
To switch off the pre-stretching control roller system,machine can work as a standard stretch film slitting mode,and standard stretch film rewinding mode.
In total,the machine conclude 4 different function in to 1 machine for value added with cost effectiveness.
It can improve the production for 50% to compare with 2 shaft model.
Machine is with inverter and digital control panel,it is very user friendly,ideal for volumn production for Polythene/LLDPE stretch film,PE stretch cling wrap,PVC stretch cling film,Pre-stretch roll etc.
After our machine slitting&rewinding,the stretch film roll/cling film roll become more smooth/neat.
Machine is designed with automatic pneumatic loading of mother roll for user friendly.
Machine is completed for EPC system by designed lift motor to adjust the centering position(adjust left/right).
